Your enquiry and files
The form saves your contact details, project message and selected files to RMC Electrical’s protected enquiry inbox. A copy of the enquiry and files is also sent to RMC Electrical by email. Files are accessible through authenticated admin access.
Email and WhatsApp
You can choose to open an email draft or WhatsApp message and send it yourself. These services process the information you send according to their own privacy arrangements. Uploaded files are not automatically attached to these messages. A supported device can share selected files through its native sharing menu.
Purpose and access
Information is used to discuss your project and respond to your enquiry. Contact Robert to request access, correction or deletion.
Website tracking
This site has no advertising or analytics tracking. Admin sign-in uses a session cookie to protect saved information.
Hosting and storage
The website is hosted on a Hetzner server managed through Coolify. Enquiries and uploaded files are stored privately and are accessible through authenticated administration. Contact Robert with any questions about your information.
Enquiry measurement: We count successful form submissions and record the entry page and broad source category, where available, to improve our website. We do not use tracking cookies or visitor identifiers for this measurement. Page paths and source categories are carried between internal links; attribution may be missing or inaccurate. Names, contact details, messages and files are not included in the SEO measurement dashboard. Aggregate daily measurements are retained for up to 365 days. Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources and successful website enquiries. Google Analytics stays off until you select Allow analytics. You can reject analytics and still use the website and enquiry form. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice; withdrawing consent stops future Analytics collection in this browser and removes this site's Analytics cookies.
We send public page paths and aggregate interaction events. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry messages and uploaded files are not sent to Google Analytics. URL query strings are excluded; contact link events identify only the contact method. A successful website enquiry is not proof of a qualified lead, a sale or revenue.
The browser remembers your choice for up to 180 days. The configured Analytics cookie lifetime is 90 days. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Reports are managed by KYRO on behalf of the business; Google processes Analytics data under its service terms. Google may process data outside Ireland.
